There are few, if any other, houses in Luquillo that still preserve Colonial Spanish architecture.
Moorish tiles brought from Spain in the 30's and 10 foot ceilings preserve an elegance that no longer is emulated in today's condos with low ceilings, and little imagination. This vacation casita rental features 1 bedroom ( with a king size bed), fine linens, a complete kitchen, porch, parking. The master bedroom has an adjoining dressing room.
Facing the ocean, the breeze goes right through the house. The ceilings are 10' high and there are ceiling fans in the rooms.. no AC is needed!

Regular in Season Rates: $125. 2 pers per night. Plus 7% PR room tax. 2 Persons. We do have 5 night minimum policy. ( not including infants)
One master bedroom with dressing room and bath. King size bed.
Weekly Rate: $700. plus tax
5 Night minimum. really sorry, but no exceptions on this, we are a house rental and not a hotel.
Children are welcome, fenced in small backyard, entire house is well fenced in.
